This book has a great variety of recipes and has some good info for beginners at the start. This book deals with recipes which are typically high in fat without being fattening. Good morning, I was hoping to buy one of your books. I have recently done food sensitivity tests, and find that I should cut eggs, all dairy and all gluten out of my diet. I was under the impression that Keto is dairy, egg and gluten free? Glancing though your amazing books, I find a lot of recipes with egg in them.
Have you any suggestions for me as to where I can go for this kind of help, or do you have any recipe books that do not contain any of those.
Many thanks,
Helen Engelbrecht.
Hi Helen. I am not aware of any specific books myself, but check out this Facebook Group dedicated to Dairy Free Keto. I’m sure they will be able to help! Dairy Free Keto Group

This diet is actually great for those with diabetes, and promotes high fat with very low carbs. Discuss it woth your doctor before beginning, but a lot of people with diabetes have found success with this diet.
