- 1 cutdacarb flatbread
- 1 grilled chicken breast, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- Onion to taste
- Southwest sauce to taste
- (optional) Salsa
Sautée onions and pepper in butter.
Add grilled chicken, tomato, pepper jack and sauce to pepper mixture. Stir until melted/combined.
Heat cutdacarb flatbread in a grill pan, add mixture to half, fold to close.
Grill. Flip. Grill more. (or use a cast-iron grill press)
