They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but all too often you don’t have the time to cook a good keto breakfast for yourself. Well no more excuses! This dish can be put together in less than 10 minutes, is packed with fat and vitamins, and will keep you going until lunch while revving up your metabolism.  Check it out.

In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of your butter, and add in your Garlic, Onion Salt, Chilli Powder, Salt and your Spinach. Stir the spinach around in the butter until it is wilted.

In a separate pan, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and crack in your eggs. You want to fry them for about 4 minutes until they are white and solid. Then you flip the egg over so the yolk is facing down, and fry for a further minute. Don't fry too long or you will lose your nice runny yoke.

There you have it! Serve your eggs up on a plate next to your tasty wilted spinach. A super easy keto breakfast that you can throw together in less than 10 minutes. Add some bacon on the side if you want to boost your fat and protein.
