The Best Keto Burnt Ends Recipe

Oh, the joys of being on a keto diet. No, that was not sarcastic! Because being on a keto diet means you can enjoy the best keto burnt ends recipe in the entire world. Sounds delicious, right? Well, cry with happiness now, because it’s not expensive to make either!

The idea for this recipe came when I smoked a brisket on Saturday for my Girlfriend’s Birthday party. To prepare the meat, I started off by rubbing it down with Jake’s Grillin’ Beef Rub, which is a dry rub. The main ingredient is actually coffee, which gives the meat a beautiful caramelized texture every I use it. I then injected it with some beef stock and seasoning to give it extra flavor and ensure that it didn’t dry out too much.

Now onto the cooking! I smoked it at 225 till 165f then pulled it out and wrapped the flat, before cutting up the point for the burnt ends. Once I’d managed to chop it into cubes, I then placed it in a foil pan and mixed in 1/2 a cup of coke zero (trust me, it’s delicious!), 1/3 cup Walden Farms Zero Carb Honey BBQ (tasty!) and 1/3 cup Guys Sugar Free Spicy BBQ (yum!). Just to add, if you’re wanting to make this yourself, make sure you mix all these ingredients thoroughly. There’s nothing worse than missing out on all these goodies mixed together! When this is done, return the meat to the smoker and set it to 275. Keep it going until all the liquid is reduced and then you’re done! Delicious crispy chunks in hardly any time at all!

As long as you have a big frying pan, you can easily make the recipe with double the quantities and then split it into portions for sharing. Done!

This recipe is full of scrumptious flavors. The first ingredient is chicken, which, let’s be honest, is pretty standard. Everyone knows the flavor of chicken and it’s not really that exciting. Aioli, or aïoli, has to be my favorite dip in the entire world. It has a beautifully light texture and only need a small amount allows your to taste the wonderful flavors inside. That’s why today I want to share with you “The Best Keto Garlic Aioli Dip Recipe” available on the Internet. Before I guide you through the recipe, however, let’s begin with a little history about this satisfying dip.

There are two different versions that are popular in Europe. The French-Provençal sauce incorporates egg yolks and lemon juice, which makes it thicker and gives it a lovely bite. However, my favorite, is the Catalan version. This recipe does not contain any egg yolk and contains even more garlic. Delicious!

We’ve also added a touch of non-starchy broccoli, which is wonderful for getting some fiber, without adding too many carbohydrates into your diet. It also gives the fritter a nice crunchy texture which complements the cheesy flavor.

However, feel free to mix up this dish as much as you like! Other types of cheeses work well and can really help change the texture of the fritter, whilst adding lots of spices can even help give your metabolism a bit of a kick. One of the hardest things about being on a keto diet, is having to wave goodbye to junk food and instead fill your cupboards with ingredients such as almond flour, coconut oil and lots and lots of spices. We would like to introduce you to egg rolls in a pan! If you’re desperate for Chinese takeout, but trying to stick to your diet, this is definitely the recipe for you! Although they don’t contain the fried wrappings of a typical egg roll, the flavors more than make up for that crispy pastry.

Recipe Information

All you need to do is chop up a fresh head of cabbage and bung it in the pan. You can even add some stir fry veggies if you wish! Then give it a good stir and whilst it’s cooking brown some mince. Then add either Asian or Mexican spices and when they’re both cooked, serve and enjoy!

This dish is seriously easy to make, very cheap and wonderfully versatile! Roasted shredded cabbage can even make a good rice substitute for those who don’t love cauliflower, or, cut it into long strands and slowly cook with butter to make mock noodles!
