The Best Keto Garlic Aioli Dip Recipe

It’s Time to Introduce You To Some Garlicky Goodness!

Aioli, or aïoli, has to be my favorite dip in the entire world. It has a beautifully light texture and only need a small amount allows your to taste the wonderful flavors inside. That’s why today I want to share with you “The Best Keto Garlic Aioli Dip Recipe” available on the Internet. Before I guide you through the recipe, however, let’s begin with a little history about this satisfying dip.

There are two different versions that are popular in Europe. The French-Provençal sauce incorporates egg yolks and lemon juice, which makes it thicker and gives it a lovely bite. However, my favorite, is the Catalan version. This recipe does not contain any egg yolk and contains even more garlic. Delicious!

In Spain, the dish sits alongside a tapas meal called “Patatas Bravas”. This is a dish made of tasty fried potato cubes, which are covered in a spicy tomato sauce. It is this dish, combined with aioli, is the reason you need to travel to Spain. There is something so wonderful about the cooling, garlic sauce, paired with the rich tomato and crispy potato.

    Recipe Information

Our keto aioli recipe has to be one of the easiest ones around. It contains five ingredients (mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper), which means it is not only easy, but it’s quick to make as well. It’s also very versatile, because if you wish to be more traditional, you can omit the salt and pepper. Or if you love your flavor, experiment with cayenne pepper or paprika.

    Nutritional Information

This recipe is quite high in fat and calories. Though eating it in moderation, means you can still enjoy the taste, without throwing your diet overboard. This next tip may not be a good idea if you’re on a Ketogenic diet, as fat is one of the most important parts of this lifestyle, but if you’re counting calories, it might be a good idea to swap your regular mayonnaise for a lighter version instead. That way, you can still experience the recipe without a guilt conscience!

If you are following a low carbohydrate diet, we don’t recommend serving this with the traditional Patatas Bravas. However, a great substitute is our Keto Southern Fried Chicken Tenders. These are a perfect replacement, because they have the same crispy texture and are a quick and healthy weeknight meal.
