Melt coconut oil using the double boiler method.*
Add unsweetened cocoa powder, stir.
Add erythritol, stir.
Using dropper, drop chocolate into chip mold.

*Double boiler: a saucepan with a detachable upper compartment (I use a glass bowl) heated by boiling water in the lower one.
