Ingredients
- 1.5lbs Flank Steak
- 4 Cups Broccoli
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Minced Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/3 Cup Beef Stock(or water + bouillon base)
- 1 Tbsp Dry Vermouth(or Sherry)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame OIl
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tsp Brown Sugar Alternative
- 1/4 Teaspoon Xanthan Gum

Steps
1 Done | Step 1Cut Flank steak into 1/4in thick strips across the grain. Add salt, pepper and 1tbsp Soy Sauce, mix and let marinade while you make the sauce. |
2 Done | Step 2: The SauceCombine Beef Stock, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Vermouth, Sesame Oil, Brown Sugar Alternative and Xanthan Gum in blender or processor till combined. |
3 Done | Step 3In a large pan, add 2 Tbsp coconut oil till heated, add beef and cook util browned. During the end of the browning add 1 Tbsp garlic and 1 Tsp Ginger. Remove meat and set aside |
4 Done | Step 4Add 2 tbsp butter, 4 cups broccoli, 2 Tbsp water and cook until broccoli starts to turn bright green. Add sauce mix and beef, stir and simmer until sauce starts to thicken. |
