Step 1

Cut Flank steak into 1/4in thick strips across the grain. Add salt, pepper and 1tbsp Soy Sauce, mix and let marinade while you make the sauce.

Step 2: The Sauce

Combine Beef Stock, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Vermouth, Sesame Oil, Brown Sugar Alternative and Xanthan Gum in blender or processor till combined.

In a large pan, add 2 Tbsp coconut oil till heated, add beef and cook util browned. During the end of the browning add 1 Tbsp garlic and 1 Tsp Ginger. Remove meat and set aside

Add 2 tbsp butter, 4 cups broccoli, 2 Tbsp water and cook until broccoli starts to turn bright green. Add sauce mix and beef, stir and simmer until sauce starts to thicken.

Top with green onion, extra soy and sriracha!
