Dice and cook the bacon.
Cut the scallions small.
3.) Beat the eggs. Mix in seasonings.
Cooking spray a muffin pan. Drop in a pinch of bacon, scallion, and cheddar in each.
Pour egg over. Spreading out evenly into 12 muffins.
Bake @ 375f for 25-ish minutes until eggs have risen and are slightly brown on top.
