Boil the eggs till become hard. Cut the eggs in a half. Remove the yolks and leave them on a small bowl.
Smash yolks with a fork add grated onion, chicken, Dijon mustard, dry mustard ,hot sauce, mayonnaise, all those ingredients mix them well.

The white eggs who are already prepared ,fill them with the yolk mixture,on the top sprinkle with paprika and scallion to decorate.
