Using only cream cheese, cream, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, peanut butter and a sweetener of your choice (we particularly like Swerve Confectioners) you can make your own homemade fluff in minutes. The only vital requirement to make this recipe is an electric mixer or hand whisk. If you’re superhuman you can do it by hand, but trust us. It’s so much easier and faster to dump the ingredients in the bowl and let electricity do its thing!
If you can resist eating it all yourself, it is a great treat for gatherings. Kids will go crazy over this stuff and will be licking their fingers to make sure they’ve swallowed every last bit! It can also make a great gift, particularly during the holiday season. Spoon it directly into a glass jar, tie with ribbon, add a tag and you’re done! Easy as pie!

Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream till doubled in size and turned to whip cream.
In a separate container mix 4 Oz softened cream cheese, 5 Tbsp Swerve Confectioners, 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 2.5 Tbsp Peanut Butter.
Then mix with whipped cream.
Fold in 1/2 Cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips.
