The staple ingredients in this recipe are chicken, cheese, streaky bacon and eggs. As mentioned previously, if you don’t like chicken, you can swap it for something like turkey instead. Feel free to choose whichever cheese you fancy too. Eggs are eggs, so the only thing you can do with those is get rid of them altogether, but we do like the addition of streaky bacon. Dice and pat dry chicken
Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs
Fry in a pan for roughly 10-12 mins until cooked through
Spread greens over a plate and pile chicken in the center
Spread grated cheese over hot chicken so it melts slightly
