The Best Keto Beef and Broccoli with Garlic Sauce

There’s a reason Chinese takeout always tastes so good. It’s because the dishes are full of unnatural additives and unhealthy fats. They also include sugary carbohydrates, which is some ways, are just as bad. And because we haven’t made it ourselves, we have no idea of the huge amounts we are consuming them. Worrying, right? Well, it doesn’t have to be that way. Here is the best keto beef and broccoli recipe to help you ditch that menu! All hail fabulous flavor without the calories!

This recipe is very similar to the dishes we get delivered to our homes every weekend but is full of protein and delicious vegetables instead of being slathered in rich, creamy sauces. Have you ever found you feel unnaturally tired on a Monday morning after ordering takeout the night before? Well, this light dish contains a lot of iron, which is vital for keeping us full of energy and making your morning routine so much easier. This recipe also won’t leave you hungry. Full of beef steak, this dish will keep you full throughout the night, so there’ll be no need for late night trips to this fridge.

Easy to follow, this meal also takes 50 minutes to make from start to finish, which includes refrigerating the meat for 30 minutes. This is done to help marinate the meat, leaving it as full of flavor as takeaway beef. It’s also full of veggies, including broccoli and bamboo shoots, which are not only healthy, but help give the dish a delicious crunch. It also makes a decent quantity, so you’ll be able to serve up to 6 people with this recipe. Amazing!

There is one teaspoon of cornstarch as a thickener. This contains 2g carbs. If that doesn’t fit with your daily allowance, then leave it out. But worth it in our opinion!
