Add 1 Quart (one full box) Chicken Stock, 2 Cups Water, 1/2 Tbsp Sugar Substitute, 2Tbsp Fish Sauce, 4 Chicken Thighs, Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender, Approx 1 hr. |

Remove chicken and discard ginger root chunks, Let chicken cool until you can shred it. You can discard the skin or shred it to up the fat. Return shredded chicken to soup. |
