This smoky, sweet, and super-savory barbecue sauce is lightly sweetened with stevia. Serve with Slow-Roasted Barbecue Ribs or Cowboy Meatballs.

Place the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and sea salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until reduced to about ¾ cup.
Stir in the liquid stevia, adding more to taste.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
