This recipe is actually inspired by the street food scene, which has now exploded all over the world. Juice of 1 Lime, Same amount of Fish Sauce, 2-3 Garlic cloves, 1tbsp fresh ginger, 1tbsp Soy, 1tsp Dark Soy, 1tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar, 1tbsp Swerve regular, 4 Green Onions, Cilantro, Thai bird chilies. Blend in food processor. Rub into ribs and marinate overnight. Once ready, cook for 24hrs in sous vide cooker and finish on the grill. You could also braise them in the oven, or however you usually choose to cook ribs. Set aside some of the marinades to brush on while cooking.
Use the juice of a lime, about the same amount of fish sauce and liquid stevia. You could also use a tbsp of swerve if you would prefer not to use Stevia. Mix until dissolved then finish with 1tbsp rice vinegar, Thai bird chili, cilantro and green onion.
